Involving citizens in the EU: Public Lecture Martin Selmayr

19 March 2020 14:00 – 15:00
KU Leuven Campus Sociale Wetenschappen, Leercentrum Agora, Edward Van Evenstraat 4, Leuven

The geopolitical Commission of Ursula von der Leyen is preparing a Conference on the Future of Europe, together with other EU institutions: What can citizens expect? How can they join the debate?

The recently established KU Leuven fund involvEU invites prof. Martin Selmayr, former Chief of Staff to European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker and former Secretary General of the Commission, in a public lecture to explain his views and prospects on involving citizens in the EU.

The lecture is open to all KU Leuven students as well as professionals interested in the topic.
