IPR and Consortium agreement in Horizon 2020 actions
Properly managing and protecting your knowledge and know-how should be an integral part of the overall management of your Horizon 2020 project. An efficient and strategicknowledge management including the safeguarding and protection of your intangible assets through Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and confidentiality becomes very important.
The expert from the IPR Helpdesk will guide you through the way in which the drafting and negotiation of consortium agreements should be addressed, with additionally more information about IPR challenges and common pitfalls in Horizon 2020 projects.
Target public: representatives, researchers from companies and academic institutes located in Flanders, in view of current or future Horizon 2020 participation.
