Following the adoption of the Commission White Paper on AI and the Commission Report on safety and liability for AI on 19 February 2020, the Commission is consulting stakeholders. In addition to the public consultation launched with the publication of the White Paper and the Report, these Webinars give stakeholders the opportunity to provide their input on specific substantive topics which so far have raised a lot of attention in discussions in different fora. Please note that the discussion will not cover the Product Liability Directive.
