-Fermentation process: yeast management.
-Packaging: new formats, auxiliary elements such us: labels, caps, glues, inks.
-Influence of different dissolved gases in carbonated beverages.
-Alternative energy: renewable energy sources.
-Sustainability: reducing energy and water use.
-Utilization of by-products.
