Youth NGOs wishing to present applications for Category A and B projects taking place in the first half of 2010 should refer to the priorities for the Council of Europe's youth sector for 2010 (pdf), adopted by the Joint Council on Youth in January 2009.
There is no fixed deadline for presenting pilot project applications (Category D and D-HRE). They must be submitted online at least three months before the start of the project.
A. International youth meetings (Category A)
B. Youth activities other than meetings (Category B)
C. Administration of international non-governmental youth organisations and networks (Category C)
D. Pilot projects (Category D)
Study sessions in the European Youth Centres
1 April 2009: deadline to apply for a study session at the European Youth Centre in Strasbourg or Budapest during the first half of 2010.

The European Youth Foundation (EYF) is a fund established in 1972 by the Council of Europe to provide financial support for European youth activities.
Its purpose is to encourage co-operation among young people in Europe by providing financial support to such European youth activities which serve the promotion of peace, understanding and co-operation in a spirit of respect for the Council of Europe's fundamental values such as human rights, democracy, tolerance and solidarity.
