CREST report: Internationalisation of R&D
This report summarises the results of the work done throughout 2008 by the CREST OMC Working Group on ‘Internationalisation of R&D - Facing the Challenge of Globalisation: Approaches to a Proactive International Policy in S&T' with respect to the coordination of policy measures between the Member States, Associated Countries and the European Commission in variable geometries.
Applying the Open Method of Coordination, the Expert Group was established at the beginning of 2007 to take stock of the policies, strategies and measures adopted at national level for R&D cooperation with Third Countries. The Group continued its work in 2008, focussing on the policy approaches and objectives of cooperation in R&D with Russia, India and Brazil.
