Ter informatie over informele raden:
Informal meetings of the EU Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council (EPSCO) are arranged some two or three times a year by the country holding the EU Presidency. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss and share knowledge and experience of current and long-term issues. Decisions on the issues are, however, made at the formal Council meetings which take place about four times a year in Brussels or Luxembourg.
