ELENA workshop, 24/3/10 (Brussel)

The launch of the ELENA technical assistance facility is generating a lot of interest, but also raises questions from the local and regional authorities and energy agencies. In order to clarify the exact mission of ELENA and the potential of the initiative for local actors, a half-day interactive workshop will be organised on the afternoon of 24 March 2010 in Brussels (Committee of the Regions), following the ManagEnergy Annual Conference, as part of the EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW).
We anticipate that this workshop will be very popular. Hence, in order to maximise the effectiveness of the event, participation will be restricted to the target organisations most likely to qualify for technical assistance - i.e. local and regional authorities, energy agencies and other similar organisations.
