Cluster 'TICBioMed' zoekt partners in eHealth

The Cluster "TICBioMed" in the Region of Murcia (Spain), is looking for Associations of SMEs or any nonprofit (legal entity) related to eHealth (Special interest in regional clusters, living labs or foundations involving SMEs, Universities, Hospitals and Public Administration)  to address a project to the SUDOE Programme.

The aim of the project is to support eHealth innovation promotion and networking at regional level, establishing the basis for a future SouthWest/European network of eHealth regions.

Specific objectives:
* Develop a lightweight methodology to assess the cost-benefit of incorporating an innovative ICT project in a Healthcare organization.
* Change management associated to technology incorporation. State of art (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc ), research and best practice dissemination.
* eHealth SME commercialization support. Dissemination of best practices and recommended actions. Research on failures and root problems.
* Smart funding. Support for spin-offs and SMEs in accessing private venture capital that, in addition to funding, provides market opportunities and knowledge. Guidelines and contacts.
* Development of common testbed infrastructure for the agile deployment of Health ICT solutions.
